I wish I could give a minus rating for this surgery.. Incompetent doctors, unhelpful nurseries, no appointments.. I feel sorry for the admin and the call center people that they had to deal with my rage every time I had to deal with any issue for me or my daughter..

Such an awful place. So disorganised. They lie about simple things, like they're unable to tell you when the next appointment is, then after you ask why not about 50 times they finally tell you when it is after being weirdly evasive with their answers. No communication between the doctors and the receptionists (who are very difficult and always arguing between each other or on the phone whenever you go to the practice). If you need a referral or a form and have to go in to get it, it will never be ready to collect when they say it will, and they act like that's a you issue, rather than it being due to their disorganisation (which is gaslighting). You have to pester to get anything done which is so backwards and not fair on people who aren't confrontational by nature (which is most civilised people). This is unlike any practice I've ever been to. When I saw one of the nurses once, she was on the phone taking a personal call about her garden fence for most of the appointment. Not only that but each time I've gone in there I've had to wait 50mins+ for an appointment. Receptionists are unhelpful and will just lie to make their job easier. I understand it's a difficult job, but if you were all organised, had a better communication system and didn't lie or gaslight all the time then things might go a little more smoothly. Perhaps the doctor should write more notes on people's files when they're having an appointment on the phone because the patient always gets accused of lying by the receptionist - all seems like laziness and neglect
