        My husband and I went to buy some items there on the 5th March 2023. We were not really sure off wanted to buy. We met Roger who was very patience and tolerant with our ignorance. I later realised it was way pass his closing time but he stayed on to help us. I just want to say a big thank you to him for all his help. My opinion is they are lucky to have him working for them.

        They don't have a dedicated counter for collections. So to collect an item that you ordered online you have to cue while people in front of you browse through the catalogue. It's still the 70s in here I'm afraid.

        As always the team at TLC Merton were first rate. This time it was the very patient and helpful Jason who worked out what I needed to buy for my new light fitting - the correct dimmer, bulbs and temporary use batten holders. I would never go anywhere else but TLC Merton as their level of knowledge and in stock products is second to none. Highly recommended!

        Ordered some wall lights to be shipped to Australia. The local suppliers in Australia did not have stock, and advised it would be at least 12 weeks wait. The lights arrived in Sydney within 2 weeks, and the price was significantly less than the local suppliers. Would 100% use TLC again.
