Our car was in for repair which took over 4 weeks to resolve. Only giving 4 stars bcos of Wilbert whose customer service qualities were great at first and came good in the end. Thank you to him also for the "sorry for the delay" gift, much appreciated. Being personable and humble helped to lessen the pain of being without our car for so long (I didn't like the courtesy car!)

Phoned this dealer at around 5pm and was told there was no one available who could take a booking to look at my car, a supposedly simple process to look at a diary system and book someone in. I was assured I would be called back the next morning. No one bothered to call back of course.

Shockingly poor customer service .cars for sale were dented and scratched and key fob out of battery . I dont think they actually want to sell any cars. Complete waste of time .

Glad I checked out the reviews after the garage failed to even book me in for a service. I called twice and twice they told me someone would call me back and they didnt even bother. Will go elsewhere.
