I ordered a taxi to be here for 10 too, as we were walking over which fair enough we were 2 mins late which i understand could be annoying but we had no call to say he had left or is waiting for us, we rang the taxi service i have proof we were there 2 mins late. I rang the taxi and they said they had left as we were not there they said they had left the spot where we asked to meet at 5 too which we were 100% there before that time so they completely lied about when they left and must have left literally spot on 10 too 4 which we understand but then to lie that you were there when they wasnt is disgusting we had something really important to get to and im certain they didnt turn up at all would not recommend :)

Booked a taxi in with the company, rang up a few hours later to change where I was getting picked up from they said they hadnt even booked me in! And that they were out of town so wouldnt be coming! Would never be using this taxi firm again as it is not the first time they have done this!
