Vegetarian options: I had the nut roast and it was excellent, not much more can be said it tasted delicious with the copious amount of cauliflower cheese. Parking: There are plenty of pay parking around the area within a few minutes walk it if you are lucky you might be able to park outside for free.

Picked here as a mid way point to meet a friend. What can I say?? Sunday lunch was amazing. Great quality, great portions and cannot fault it. Two of us had the pork option, great crackling btw and hubby had veggie option. We also had starters and followed by pudding and copious Gaviscon after overindulging Starters were the black pudding scotch egg, mushroom arancini and ham hock terrine. Puddings were chocolate delice, sticky toffee pudding and creme brul. Cannot fault a thing. What an amazing chef they must have. The team were really friendly and helpful. We ate I'm the bar area, which had lovely views and a gin still in it (they make their own gin). The main restaurant looked dated and lacked atmosphere but the bar restaurant was modern and lovely. A hidden gem. Thanks for a great lunch.
