Absolutely horrible service, they were rude from the moment I walked through the door, was with a group of 4 others and we were the only customers in there, we mucked around a bit as anyone would in a pub, and instead of politely asking us to quieten down they swore at us and created an argument until we felt so uncomfortable we had to leave. Never walking through their doors again

Utterly disgraceful service. Went in as a group of 4 for a beer only to be told after wed ordered and paid for our pints that one of our group with no ID would not be allowed to stay inside. No signage or anything. Hideously rude staff refused to refund and refused any sort of reasonable compromise and forced a young lady to wait outside in the cold (wouldnt even let us keep the door open to speak) until wed finished our drinks. Would never have come here if wed known. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
