        Horrific service so much worse than the other carriage companies. Why do Royal Mail try so hard to provide the worst service imaginable. Numerous times they will post a post it note in my door when Im actually inside and not even nock on the door so I miss the parcel! Ive had bad experiences with Royal Mail for years and I cant believe they get away with it

        So, it's strike action Thursday and Friday, so what's the excuse for our driver not collecting our business shipments today, Wednesday 7.9.22 ? Your collections dept tell me the driver called at 14:02. Nonsense. Our collection time is 3:30 and I work next to the collection box. No driver on site. The worst service. A complete let down. And liars to boot.

        Yet again my parcel supposed to be delivered today (paid extra for guarantee delivery) and once again it hasn't arrived, why bother paying for something I'm not receiving there is no excuse for this my parcel is literally in the delivery office and should be out for delivery.
