Boots Pharmacy

Would be great if they actually had your medication ready when it's supposed to be but that rarely happens anymore. Would suggest going to day lewis or Tesco.

This pharmacy is a joke. Iv rang the dispensary three separate times to make the same discovery. I get down there and they've heard nothing I speak to the dispensary and they said they need to check their emails in which they are not doing. The third time going down there a guy called James gives me the number and says ring before coming down to make sure your prescription is in. I've rang six times from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to know prevail. If you want your prescription go elsewhere truly useless.

Tthis pharmacy is a disgrace. They never send reminders for prescriptions like they say, they are understaffed and most of them (the spanish lady excepted) don't know what they are doing. I went down there Saturday because I had an eye infection and wanted to see a pharmacist and was told there was 'no chance'! Go to Specsavers was her suggestion. What a disgrace,

Awful pharmacy always waiting ages for medication to be despenced!!!! And never ever answer there phone AVOID everyone they need shutting down!
