        Absolutely fuming not very helpful staff behind pharmacy wouldnt serve over the counter but said I could get it off the shelve not helpful when its out of stock on the shelve

        Closes for lunch but nothing on their website to tell me this, ANOTHER WAISTED JOURNEY. YOU REALLY NEED TO DISPLAY THE GENUINE times you are open and INCLUDE LUNCH BREAKS !!!!

        Went this evening after been on the phone 6-10 times only for them to keep hanging up on me this has been going on for over 3 years ive lived here! A man took me in the back room so I can talk about what was annoying me l. who was kind and he listened to me and felt something maybe be done with answering the phone! If nothing is done to sort this issue Ill be going over mangers head for staff to be trained in answering phone! Surly its better to let it ring out then to pick up and put it down! Ive screenshot this review so if it gets deleted Ill be showing someone! I understand they gets 100s of scrips everyday if they have a staffing issues they need to find bank staff as its not right oh and maybe a smile will go along way to as feel half the time they dont even want to be there. And still dont answer the phone
