Keltic Fuel Oils

Watson fuels had the order for two weeks.I rang them up and told them I was desperate as I was running on fumes now and in danger of running dry and facing the problem of having to employ someone to drain the system and remove the air locks. Being disabled and a Saturday I knew that if the order was not delivered I would not receive it until Monday morning.and that would be to late.Needless to say the women in their Office assured me that the order was out for delivery that day and it was on its way. It did not turn up,and nor was it available for Monday.when I complained I was promised to be put on a priority list and delivered by the following Friday.I cancelled the order and went to another suppler and surprise surprise my tank got filled up before 8am on Tuesday morning just in time to save the day.Needless to say I will not be using Watson fuels ever again they have lost my custom after all these years and transferred my loyalty to Hop oils Bodmin they know how to treat customers. Surprised to see the poor reviews. My own experience of Keltic, and now Watson, over many years has been entirely positive. Quick and easy ordering, unfailingly helpful drivers who find no difficulty reaching a pretty inaccessible tank. Couldn`t fault them.

Been with them for ten years. Just been treated like trash. "Computer says no". I was only asking for a quote: A quote to give them business. You couldn't make this up.

DON'T, DON'T, DON'T Useless, so far 4 promised deliveries and still waiting, impossible to communicate with. If only I could give zero stars I would, there is nothing positive about this company. DON'T DON'T DON'T
