        Can't fault Launceston medical centre one bit. I get seen to quickly and treated always in a person centred manner. I can't see why some individuals can give the abuse to the staff like they do. They get an A* from me

        Its an absolute nightmare trying to get doctors appointment with this surgery. Intakes so long to get through, then such a long time for them to answer the phone. I really dont understand why a surgery of that size with that many doctors is in such an awful state. I worked in a GP practice for 12 years so I know what goes on behind the scenes and how many patients Doctors should be seeing daily along with phone calls and home visits. These targets can not be being met. Its very disappointing

        Huge queues everyday for the dispensary. Many old sick and coughing people. No idea why we're cant queue inside

        MORE STAFF REQUIRED. The dispensary takes so long to process prescriptions. Tesco pharmacy advise that they refuse to send prescriptions over to them electronically, which in turn creates even more delays. Trying to order a prescription via the medical centre is painful, often resulting in not having medication in time. A very stressful situation every time. I dread having to contact them. 101 ways of telling you no.
