Im a returning customer of Altabee and i highly recommend them. Amazing customer service I bought a set of wireless headphones and one ear bud stopped working, so i contacted Altabee and it was replaced straight away. I had my replacement within the week. Happy Days

In February my Nan decided to get me a heart duvet set from Altabee. It arrived and was absolutely awful, the buttons didn't fit in the holes and there was a rip in the side which showed how cheap the material was. I didn't really want to tell her it was so bad but had to and she tried to get her money back by sending it back. Even though the company admitted that the product was not up to requirement they said they would give her 50% of the product back MINUS shipping. So in effect she has paid for nothing... I guess this is how companies now make their money, but I think it is absolutely disgusting personally. I've included a picture similar to the set she bought me and pictures of the bedding. Whatever you do, please save yourselves and family members from buying from the company! I am editing and amending this post as the pictures taken were from the moment it came out of the packaging, and yes they had hairs on because I left it on my sofa. Altabee tried to say that the bedding had been washed which caused the damage and now it's jewellry.... shame they couldn't just accept that it was terrible quality (and they admitted in an email it was) and no, of course I didn't want a replacement as it wouldn't make the quality any better! My grandma is in her 70s and is terrible with technology but I do hope you can all sleep well at night knowing you conned an old lady who was willing to accept 50% minus shipping fees rather than nothing! If you were happy to replace it at full cost I do not understand why you couldn't refund her at full cost- would have saved a lot of upset for all involved.

Had such amazing service from this company, have ordered a few times now and all items that I've received are of high quality. The delivery is always within time scale set and packaged well so it doesn't get broken in transit xx

I received my acrylic nail kit today and omg Im in love. I can't wait to start my nails. Delivery timeframe was quick and customer service was excellent. Paula kept me up to date with my order and she is so friendly and she has a very nice personality and she is a lovely person to deal with. I will definitely be ordering more as I see loads of fabulous products on the website.
