        Really disappointed! Turned up and session cancelled with no warning. Appreciate that with covid, things are a bit unpredictable with sickness etc but just a phone call before coukd have meant a reschedule or alternative plan. A very disappointed group of boys!

        Absolute worst experience ever from booking to arriving. Sneeky booking fee taken at point of confirmation. Yes I know its in the Ts&Cs. But ot is fat from up front. Then I arrived at the venue with 8 kids for a 13th birthday party to be told they couldnt do it because of lack of staffing. So just nothing I could do. Left stranded with 8 very disappointed kids who had been dropped off by their parents and only my car. No apologies. Bedlam basically said they could do nothing as it was a franchise. I would never ever book anything with them again. No communication to tell me the session could not happen. Outrageous. Do not book with bedlam. Rip off from the start and then they cant even deliver what they are selling. And still send me a link to leave a review the next day. Shocker.
