We asked for a quote to replace an existing stove. We were told it would be a few months before they could even look at the job. We chased them up as hadnt heard months later and an appointment was made to visit us. On the morning we had a phone call saying they would not be coming due to problems with the van. A second appointment was made for two days later. On this occasion no one showed and no one phoned. We called to enquire what was happening but no one answered the phone. We left a message asking for a call back but never received a call or explanation. We will find a more professional business to spend our money with

What a great shop. Such a helpful chap there, so friendly. We had 2 other shops to go to, but my husband & I was sold on Denzil's helpfulness, knowledge & such a friendly nice chap. We will not be going anywhere else for our log burner & can't wait to do business with him. Such a gem.

Friendly helpful store for Stoves of all types and stocks a magnitude of spare parts. I needed glass for a Villager Wood burning Stove.
