We had six glazed units replaced in their frames in our lounge. The whole process from start to finish was exemplary. We were kept informed regularly as to the progress of our order, and the units were delivered two weeks ahead of the expected due date. The fitters were friendly, efficient and careful to ensure no footprints or mess were left on our cream coloured carpet. They ensured the new glazed units were sparkling clean before they left and took away the old units leaving nothing behind. I would happily recommend this company to anyone considering replacement window units.

I couldn't be happier with my installation. All aspects have been fantastic from the first visit, to the installation and the after care. The product is brilliant!

I ordered an external door with hinges on the right looking from the inside. What was delivered was a door with hinges on the left looking from the inside. I signed off the order which included a picture of a door with hinges on the right. Trouble was, nowhere did it say the picture was looking from the outside. Horizon admitted their error but because our builder didn't spot it within 7 days of delivery, they refused to correct their mistake. So, anyone want a door? The other windows and bifolds were fine eventually and Gary solved the manufacturing error of wrong size glass quite quickly and replaced 2 lots of glass that were broken by the installation team and in the warehouse. So be warned, you might think your order is correct because the pictures are correct, but ask them if the pictures are showing from the inside or outside. I would give one star for my door and after sales service and 4 stars for the rest so I've settled on 3.
