        Very poor communication - booked in for 2 weeks and let down last minute twice due to having more important customers. Now lost 2 days work due to poor communication. So if you only plan to spend a small amount then dont bother using these guys as they are not interested in new business. Sorry lads but that was a poor show. As the company have stated in their response this WAS booked through a third party (my assumption of who was doing the work)- yet the booking was taken and the third party not informed about the issue. A simple apology would have sufficed but yet they still try to defend their attitude towards new customers. Good luck for the future with that attitude, sometimes things go wrong dont try to blame everyone else for your issues.
