        Face to face customer service, how refreshing. Friendly and knowledgeable expert advice and price matching to boot. Look online but shop local and support your local retailers. As the saying goes,'Use them or lose them'. It's so good to talk to someone who values your custom and is there to help and support you. Next time you go to "click & and buy", just remember the frustration that follows when you're trying to liaise with a ChatBot !

        I have used Hockridge on a number of occasions . Always found them excellent , great staff & service .I called them yesterday to book an appliance repair, they came out same day , the repair was done by a courteous & experienced engineer . Excellent company
