At one point in time, this was the best company I had ever worked for, down to earth management that were understanding, allowed me to be very flexible on needing time off, always had your corner when you needed it and never let you down, things quickly changed and they just stopped caring about the team altogether, they would randomly cut my shifts over the slightest reason, they fired people for being too good at their job and you quickly went from a member of the team to just a number and nothing more, an absolute gutting shame that such a good company went downhill so fast and that was one of the major reasons for me resigning, maybe one day they will find their way again and care about the team once more, I can only hope. Working with Malooba means delivering for amazon, an absolutely gut wrenching job that will leave you tearing out your hair in frustration, hundreds of deliveries a day, peeing in bottles and plastic bags and just begging each day will end soon, if you have any sense whatsoever, run, don't do it to yourself. The owner of this company also wrote to me begging me to take down this honest review because nobody wants to work for them after reading this, which means it's doing its job as an honest review just perfectly..

I've been with Malooba for 3 months now and although im still learning new things within the job role, I can honestly say I absolutely love my job! The management team are the most supportive people I have ever worked for always there to support and give you the best advice. Always paid on time, amazing training from experienced drivers from the beginning.
