This unreliable fitter gave us a quote back in August 19 & agreed a price. We went ahead and ordered units and appliances. Date was set for end of October. There was very little communication by him. As the time approached we had confirmation that he was still coming. Then the night before he said he could not come the next day as he had double booked, so he put it on a week. Needless to say the following week he did not turn up. We found out from our kitchen supplier that he had a contract at a garden center in Lifton. Very bad practice. Would be 0 star's if it was possible.

We first met Matt back in October 2018, when we contacted him regarding having a consultation for installing fitted wardrobes in our bedrooms. Initially impressed with his communication, advice, design ideas and subsequent quote, we have since been left completely in the lurch!!! Our wardrobes were due to be installed by the end of February. After this date came and went, and with no communication from Matt, we made telephone contact in early March and were told not to worry and that they would be installed within a couple of weeks. Two weeks passed and again, there was no communication. Since this time, we have sent emails and numerous texts, made phone calls, none of which have been responded to! We have since learnt, via this facebook page, that he has been involved in a commercial fit for a farm shop, employed by a construction company. As we have no other explanations to go on, we are assuming that our clearly insignificant, residential job has been completely side lined for a more lucrative commercial one!! We are so angry that we are having to write this review as we were looking forward to Matt building our wardrobes and as this work needed to be carried out before other works could be completed, we are now very delayed in getting the job done and have wasted the last 5 months!! To simply ignore a customer's communication and not provide an explanation is unprofessional, extremely rude and clearly no way to run a business!!!!!
