I have just collected a click and collect parcel at the co-op from John Lewis. The John Lewis email tells me to take only my order number and name in order to collect. Despite showing the cashier my barcode and the email, she told me that I need ID. No ID no parcel. She then agreed that my email said to state name and order number only - but said ID is co-ops rule. She also said another customer made the same complaint as me when asked for ID. May not appear to be a big deal but if like me you live 10 miles away it can be a considerable inconvenience. Get your act together co-op.

Good little supermarket, just don't expect the price on the shelf to match the actual price. Been shopping there for years and half the time the price is wrong

May not appear to be a big deal but if like me you live 10 miles away it can be a considerable inconvenience. Get your act together co-op.
