Simon and his team could not have been more helpful; from initial enquiry to facilitating component changes, numerous phone calls and helping with delivery in what was certainly the most well packed bike I have ever seen! I bought a woman's specific design bike from Simon-Liv LANGMA advanced pro 0 disc. There was no hard sell from Simon as I wanted to make sure it was the right bike for what I needed. He offered help, advice and guidance and never once rushed me in to anything. Once I decided it was the right bike for me the post purchase customer care was superb with e-mails, phone calls and excellent communications from him. I would highly recommend Launceston cycles. Purchased a very competitively priced Giant Revolt 2 which I am very happy with. The shop sells an extensive range of bikes: E-bikes, mountain and road bikes of all shapes and sizes as well as all the gear youll ever need in a zombie apocalypse! Its is exceptionally well stocked with bike related clothing, lights and pumps. In addition the shop sells a fine selection of road and trail running shoes, wet suits, dry robes, goggles etc etc. If youre in the area its worth visiting.
