        Ring up to make a transfer over the phone today as I find stuff hard online due to special needs which effects how I process things the person I had on the phone helping me get that done was so patient with me when I was getting over stimulated and finding it hard to explain and gather information thank you so much for being patient and understanding I find stuff like this really hard and I find it really helpful you being patient and understanding and you trying to make it as easy as possible for me thank you very much unfortunately I didnt get your name but it was deffo a female from your branch not many services calls like you Thank you so much

        .The HSBC in Launceston is OK. Staff are friendly and I never have to wait long. I have been going overdrawn and the HSBC does not charge me a penny.
