I bought a car battery from these people and it came with a 3 year warranty. After less than 11 months it failed completely. Took it back, they sent it off for testing and a week later they agreed it was faulty but it was my fault for only doing just over 4000 miles in the car since fitting the battery and it hadnt charged properly !! They flatly refused to replace or refund me so I was forced to go to Civil Claims Court. Before actually going to court both parties agreed to go to arbitration, where they then agreed to refund the cost of the battery and I had most of the court cost paid by them. Says everything you need to know about the truth of the matter, they were trying it on. Couldnt possibly ever recommend such a company.
