Been for Sunday lunch. The pork was delicious along with the roast potatoes and veg. The beef was uncooked and rubbery. Friendly staff who made us and our dog very welcome

Tried this for the first time last Saturday. I'll start off by saying it was a very long wait for the food. I'm going to completely overlook this though. It's not fair to judge wait times these days. Could be a lack of staff,anything really. Anyway I digress. The food was very tasty. I had steak and ale pie, mash and peas. My better half half had braised beef, mash and gravy. In both cases the meat was very good,quality mash and plenty of it as well. We're going back without question

Had Sunday dinner with family staff where pleasant dinner was ok but no where near anought veg for 5 adults we asked for extra veg then our main meal became cold it was are first visit
