I am not an easy customer....I want everything to look and feel perfect and it needs to be super visual and also easy to navigate (as I am technologically challenged!). Lou has been there every step of the way, helping me manage my own content, build templates and going above and beyond to make sure I understand. On top of all this lovely service, I love the design of my website ; it is everything I wanted and she hit the brief perfectly.
