Ever since the father retired this business has gone downhill ive been a customer for a number of years now and I have purchased wood from this business through winter and summer.
But today was the last straw when he sent me a bag full of small pieces of wood for the second time which I can only describe as kindling. I think what makes it worse is when you ring up and complain and you get treated like somebody who is lying, With the power of social media and competition from other businesses these days you cannot afford to be upsetting the customer with a snotty attitude on the phone when you ring up and complain.
This may not be the bosses fault at the end of the day but he is responsible for who ever bags up the wood at the yard,
