Softener Salts Ltd were helpful from start to finish. When I first contacted them to explain the problem with my water softener, they replied with advice to try and save me the cost of a call out, which was so helpful. As it turned out I did need an engineer. I had an appointment booked at a time and date convenient with me, the engineer explained everything, was honest, professional and friendly. My water softener was fixed and the charge was extremely reasonable. The engineer tidied up and even made a fuss of the cat and dog who were very interested in what they were doing. I cannot recommend Softener Salts Ltd enough. I have already recommended them to my family and friends.

Softener Salts recently fitted a water softener I brought from my previous property and also installed an outside tap so my husband can wash his car with softened water. A superb company and I highly recommend them. Ray was a lovely man to have working in the house. He did an incredibly neat job of fitting the softener and cleaned/tidied up afterwards. Thrilled with the service we received from initial contact to aftercare and my husband is now known as The Man with The Golden Tap.

Ray was fantastic, explaining our choices and how softeners and water filters work. He was very thorough during both the survey and installation, taking great care. There was no pressure to buy, just a nice genuine guy. So refreshing to find someone who cares about his customers and delivered a high standard of work.
