Recently bought mercedes c43 amg,dealt mainly with ben who answered all my questions quickly and nothing seamed to much bother,I had to fly to Luton to see the car and the guys had me picked up as soon as I landed wich I thought was a nice touch,cheers guys

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I rang Ben and he scheduled a time for me to come and look at his Lexus LC500. The show room was clean, the cars in top condition and it was a pleasant personal experience. We brought the car and exchanged it for our own the same day, there and then with no hassle. The car was due for a service & MOT when we brought it and Ben went above and beyond by arranging the car to be fully serviced and have the MOT done by Lexus (local to me), themselves to keep the warranty valid. Took the car to get it serviced & MOT after Ben had booked it in advanced and it was all paid for and sorted by him. I can see why people come back to Boss Motors to buy more cars. The customer service was the best I have experienced from any car dealership. Highly highly recommended them.

Bought a BMW 335d from here. Ben is very passionate, professional and non pushy. He was only happy when I was happy and kept me informed over the last couple of weeks while some work was being carried out on the car before I picked it up today. The car was amazingly presented and pristine. Thank you for a great experience and I really enjoyed my 2 1/2 hour journey home!

Probably the best buying experience I've ever had and Ive bought a lot of cars during my life. Ben and Matt are a pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. The car was immaculate and the process was easy. Highly reccomend these guys.

Working in the motortrade myself, I know how much work and attention to detail goes into sourcing the right stock, prepping and presenting your stock to an impeccable standard but all of that is nothing without fantastic customer service. Boss Motor Company tick every box - a real pleasure to do business with, a relaxed non pressurised sales environment, meticulously prepped stock and very welcoming. Thank you Ben, Steve and Matt for making me feel so welcome and making the buying process so effortless. Would highly recommend and will certainly buy again from these guys. Thank you
