In my opinion avoid David Sumners of DPL at all cost. I wasted a lot of time trying to get hold of him. His cellar tanking on our property has failed, it came with a 10yr guarantee, but he is avoiding all my calls, emails and messages....I can even see he has read my messages too! I manage to speak to him once on the phone about a 3/4 weeks ago , I guess he thought I was a new client! So I know he is still around. He failed to mention his company was dissolved now, and when I mentioned that his tanking had failed he he was quick to terminate the conversation, and I havent heard from him since, despite numerous efforts to call him.

Used David over a year ago ...1 year later PERFECT!! No damp no stains..Used again superb job clean and imaculate...so far so GOOD .I am VERY PARTICULAR with my building work..Thanks Dave.

Avoid!!!! Cowboys... I paid David Sumner considerable money to damp proof a wall in my house and he said the work came with a guarantee. Well, i have phoned, emailed and have written and he doesn't answer. I wanted to offer him the opportunity to come back and put the work right but i looks like i will have to take him to court to cover another contractor doing it. Apparently this company was struck off in 2017!

We have Had David and his team at damp proofing London do several basement tanking and DPC injection projects for us over the last couple of years. From the first contact to sending out the quote we have felt that they have Always be on time and very professional.
