Used to be good absolutely horrendous company, yesterday operator arguing with innocent driver lead to me beign dropped randomly in the street because the operator was rude and useless (she never called me to book another car even tho she forced the driver to cancel the trip). Today i left my scarf in the vehicle and a very rude (same lady) and unhelpful operator suggested I call the police instead of offering real assistance(scarf is gone).....definitely bad business and no regard for their drivers or customers. The worst part is its her job to assist customers resolve issues instead she's seems to be a real problem for both drivers & customers..Michael

DO NOT USE THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR MORE MONEY. Wish I never booked with them. Called on three different occasions to confirm my booking I specifically said on all three occasions I need a car big enough for 3 large suit cases 3 carry on suit cases and 3 adults. I was given a price which I was happy with and thought nothing of it until the morning of the pick up. A small car came and even the driver wondered why they sent him. I called the office and was told I would have to pay extra for a bigger car. SHOCKING. I used the BOLT app and got a bigger car cheaper than the smaller car they sent. I also asked for a pick up at Gatwick and was told I would need to pay extra for a bigger car which I agreed to only to be told they can't guarantee a large car. What a joke of a cab firm

I booked and prepaid for a taxi - a pretty steep 30 for Battersea to Paddington Station journey. The following morning I was called by the cab company five minutes before pickup to tell me a glitch in their system meant they would need to add a further 10 to the the price, to cover the congestion charge... Making the fare a grand total of 40. I declined. Awful customer service. Really disappointing.
