What a great experience I had with Stephen. As a dancer, my body was feeling tired and generally sore all over, but especially my lower back area. It was even painful to bend over and put my shoes on. Stephen was instantly able to recognise the muscle group area and share his knowledge. The massage was intense but the next day I could feel my body was feeling much better. I will 100% come back and recommend!

The deep tissue massage is fantastic. I go back every two weeks to keep myself in a great shape as its my post natal period with a lot of tensions in my back. Stephen is a very experienced and listens to your needs. He will make you feel like your body is brand new. Recommended!

Stephen is very welcoming, friendly and professional when I booked a sports massage. I have seen many physios/osteopaths in the past, but Stephen very friendly nature, help offset the painful (in a good way) the sports massage of my upper back and glutes. I left the session feeling, like I was walking on air and he offered some future advice on improving my glutes. I will look forward to future sessions, to improve my body. Highly Recommended and he offers a service that is his unique selling point (speciality in glutes). Update April 2023 - I went back for further treatment and Stephen was once again excellent in his sports massage.
