Handed in my very expensive boots to get the zipper fixed and was charged 47 - UP FRONT to get half glued on zippers that
A. Was done so bad that I had to go back a week later
B. He said he also stitched them which is a total lie
I asked for a refund which he refused and said he wanted to take the zipper off for that. Ended up with the tiniest refund which is so outrageous considering hes totally destroyed my boots!
