Pay more attention to the customer rather than what is going on with other staff members having a natter in the back room. Ordered 3 drinks, a sandwich, 2 bakes and donuts. She forgot one of the bakes, which I didnt realise until I got home. No steak bakes, no tottenham cake. I had to ask for a bag, which i got told they dont have. Had to ask for a receipt as I wasn't offered one. Felt like hard work, monosyllabic answers and came across like the staff would rather be anywhere but at work.

Didn't tell me I could have a drink fir an extra 55p. When I asked if I could change the order saud it was too late. Terrible customer service!

Why do you keep closing hours before your closing time?? Ive been there several times around 2/3pm including for a pre ordered too good to go bag and we get there and its closed even though it says it doesnt close until 4/5pm on Google and on the shop door. Fed up of it!
