I lived in a shared flat in Brixton for 18 months that was managed by Scarlett Dyer. From initial offer and negotiations, all the way through our tenancy ,and right up until check out and deposit return, Scarlett and the team were incredibly easy to work with and fair. All queries and issues were handled speedily and the general feeling is that they care about providing tenants with a good service just as much as they care about managing properties for landlords. Easily the best property management company I have had experience with in London!

We were private tenants for 2 and a half years, and the service was always fantastic. Had a couple of issues arise in the flat and they were always quickly resolved with regular communications and updates. Highly recommended.

As a tenant I had a wonderful experience with this company. Any issues with the house were addressed very quickly and the staff were very kind and fair in every situation. Cannot recommend them enough :)
