I presented a unique challenge to Ben-how to help an athlete(also a PT/S&C coach too) in his 40's get bigger, faster, stronger for American football. With his diverse expertise and methods, he was able to put in place a robust and long-term training program that suits my training needs. I was able to adjust my sprinting mechanics, increase control of speed/explosive/power, improve my footwork and even correct a foot weakness. I highly recommend Ben to anyone that is looking to achieve serious results!

Worked with Ben for about 11 months, and what a transformation. Been overweight/obese for most of my adult life and always struggled to get and maintain a decent body shape. Things only got worse after my son was born, I'd say they just spiralled out of control. I tried all possible diets before, but I just couldn't get consistent results over time. I was on my last leg when I contacted Ben and decided to start with his online coaching. There's a lot of BS-ers out there, so you're always nervous when you get a coach. Is he going to be the right one for me? Will it be worth the money? Well let me tell you this, I was 117kg when I started with Ben, I'm now down to 95 (and counting). I'm the fittest I've ever been in the last 10 years or so. And the best thing? I never had to do any crazy diet or train 5 hours a day. I could fit everything into my busy schedule, all the changes were very subtle (yet surprisingly effective). So my advice, if you're struggling with any sort of weight loss or body transformation, is to drop Ben a message. For me, it was the best decision I made in 2022

Ben listened to what I wanted to change in my life and found ways to do it that can work for me & my busy lifestyle. It is quite obvious that he is ready with a wealth of experience to be able to guide anyone to reach their goals. He helped me work out what I wanted to get from my sessions with him & equipped me to be able to continue without him. I felt very supported by Ben the whole way through, as he drops little messages from time to time asking how fitness is going. He was flexible in terms of when we had our sessions, to fit around my erratic schedule. Ben starts simple and makes exercise, fitness and health feel achievable and importantly, ensured it was a process I would enjoy, so as to feel empowered to continue it in the future. My goals were quite modest (to be someone who exercises and feels fit and healthy), but he knows how to help anyone with almost any goal! I always look forward to our sessions and come away feeling happy & equipped. Thanks so much Ben!

Ben is a professional in every sense of the word. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition, physical improvements, fitness and injuries. He will train you to achieve long term goals that are sustainable. When I first started my sessions with Ben i suffered from a a few pains and injuries some of which I developed during pregnancy. With the right focus and exercises I got back on track and I have found my motivation back to fitness. Ben has given me great advice on exercises to strengthen the body, toning, dealing with muscle pains and has encouraged me to pursuit my love for running. I have achieved and I am continuing to achieve fat loss despite some challenging moments. Besides Ben's knowledge, his positive and friendly personality really help with morale. He will listen and really pay attention to his clients to understand what will motivate them. He is always on time for his sessions and will try to accomodate schedules if he can. I would recommend Ben to anyone looking to be challenged in the way they think about fitness and anyone who is looking to achieve long term sustainable ftiness goals. Thanks for all your support Ben!
