        Welcoming group and great leader, everyone there to give a helping hand. Lots of information on healthy eating, recipe ideas and keeping track of those syns and the whole weight loss journey. What I love the most about the meetings is how it gets me thinking and acknowledging what I eat and why, obstacles, triggers and how to keep on track.
