Moved into a flat they were managing which was nowhere near finished, even though they promised it was and forcibly sped up the contract start date. A year of hell including a major flood and constant works, above, inside and below the flat to finish the shoddy work they had started. Avoid at all costs.

If you are looking for a team that truly is reliable and goes above and beyond to complete your transaction then Waqar at Residenza will exceed your expectations. As a female alone in London it can be quite difficult to find someone you truly trust. I was clueless on how to handle the sale of my property and he provided options and contacts for me as well. Above all, he actually was capable of completing on time and delivering a service that no one else told me was possible. I just cant actually put into words how absolutely brilliant he is and constantly updating me as well as going above and beyond my expectations.I cant recommend highly enough and typically I fear providing a referral but I feel confident in his character and reliability!

They promised to give me call to arrange my viewing for the property, however, I had no call on the day they told me to give me call so i called this agency and they said they will call me back next day to update with me for the viewing. Then I waited for the next day and guess what, I didnt had any calles from them again.. So i had to call this company again for the second time and guess what they told me that property was already taken!! No apologies was given despite this lady on the phone was the one who previously answered my call and knew my situation. Unprofessional and thanks for wasting my time.
