I recently decided to let my flat through Urban Lettings. Christian, Julian and the team did an amazing job. They achieved multiple offers within 2 days of marketing the flat. They also went out of their way to provide support with getting it ready for the new tenants to move in. I highly recommend them!

Best experience with estate agents I've ever had! They were recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Urban Lettings are an excellent Lettings Agency. I have been with them for five years, and from a landlords perspective, I have been incredibly impressed with the organisation, communication and efficiency in dealing with not only ongoing maintenance but issues that may arise in an emergency. I am always able to contact someone, and my calls are always returned within a short space of time. Their fees are very competitive too. I highly recommend Christian and his team.
