Dear Mr. Hurren, I am sorry that your items were broken on delivery. I can assure you that they were not packaged like that, as we take utmost care when manufacturing and packaging our products. The products arrived smashed to pieces because the couriers mishandled the box. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. The money was refunded to you immediately and the products collected. You refused to have a replacement delivered and I am sorry about that. The lead time is 8 weeks, as the products are made to order for every customer, we don't stock the products, but each customer can therefore request a variety of changes to be made to their products and we are usually very happy to implement those changes. Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the issues you have experienced.

Poor quality item purchased through 3rd party. We waited 8 weeks for a nest of tables to be delivered from Another Brand Clippings ( a separate review will be posted) a 3rd party organisation. Despite the wait the quality of these items was terrible, they were scratched up terribly and clearly packed in this state. The items arrived broken which arguably is down to the courier but the item was so flimsy it doesn't surprise me it broke. One to avoid. Clippings their affiliate partner customer service has done nothing to improve my mood. A review will be posted in the next few days for Clippings, my hope is they will redeem themselves.
