        Arrived at the agreed time and date of collection - neither trousers nor jacket were prepped for collection. With no explanation, I watched as the manager rummaged around in large bins for my suit, eventually pulling out the jacket from what was obviously a giant heap before giving it a quick steam while I waited. Minimal, grumbling apology and no discount offered from what was a steep price to start with. On checking the suit at home Im genuinely not sure they even dry cleaned it - big crease in the trousers that wasnt there before. Clearly a very poorly run operation. Extremely unimpressive.

        They destroyed with burn marks some very expensive pants I took to wash. Stay away from this place.
