        Took a coat and trousers in to be altered. Got told they would call me back the next day to give me a price as tailor not therr. 4 days later, still no phone call, they dont answer their phone. Went instore on the 5th day, they had fixed the coat without giving me a price and my trousers werent fixable apparently because of the material. I then went to pay and they only accept cash. Poor communication Service: Alterations

        Really bad customer service. Ive popped in to check prices and I was asked to register first. They were also not sure about pricing and had to call someone else. Ill never come back!!

        Worst dry cleaners I've ever been too. Not only was it a day late. When I did turn up it still wasn't cleaned. Then has to wait 45mins. When I opened my dry cleaning my coat was still wet and linen smelled like it dried damp. Also the customer service was atrocious.
