        I came in with all my paperwork 2wks ago and made my intro appointment for today (the soonest they could see me). I arrived 5min early for my appointment only to find they dont have my appointment on record and seem to have lost the forms I gave in, so no record of me at all! On top of that the administrator was so rude! She definitely shouldnt be dealing with poorly people. Ive now been sat in the walk in waiting room for over 30min and still no one has seen me.

        They're nice people and doctors, just a waste of time. Waited an hour. I couldn't get a prescription and they didn't have any of my medical info It's much better: go through your GP, call 111 to get them to get you an appt with gp, Go to a&e to get to an out of hours walk in gp like at st Georges.
