Confirmed by business that they open at 7am on Google. Went there at 7:39 and still closed. No answer when trying to call. Very inconvenient when normally open!!

Just wanted to share our seamless experience of picking up parcels here. I only looked at the reviews after placing some orders for delivery here and was worried! However we had two orders delivered on different days and picked up without any issue at all. Note that it doesnt open till 11 on Sunday

DONT ORDER YOUR PARCEL HERE! Ive never left a review in my life but Im baffled by the customer service I just received. Today I went to collect my parcel that I couldnt collect during the week due to not living in the area - I told him (a man in his 30s-40s I think?) my name and he got the parcel and scanned it while I went to pick up an ice tea to buy. While I was doing this he asked me when I ordered it to which I told him how long- suddenly he refused to give it to me saying he has to keep it and give it back to the driver falsely claiming I had run out of time to collect it. When I showed him the email I received THAT morning saying I had 5 days to collect my parcel he started claiming that his machine wouldnt scan it (it could and already had) after a back and forth of showing him several forms of proof for five minutes or so I told him if he didnt give me my parcel I would have to find some way to charge him the 113 for the items in it seeing as it was in his possession and I had shown him proof that I had every right to collect my property - he got irate and held my parcel behind the desk. I told him I was calling customer services and as soon as I did he gave me the parcel and cussed me out and as soon as I left the shop miraculously an email from Hermes to tell my parcel had been collected appeared in my inbox- strange considering that five minutes before he was saying he couldnt even find it on the system and was unreturnable. Im not surprised that reviews here say that their item has somehow gone missing. Im leaving this review as a warning to others that youre better off using another store for your parcel than this one if you know whats best for you. I wish I had read the reviews previous to choosing my drop off point
