Peter installed a new bathroom and kitchen for me at the beginning of this year and I couldnt be happier with his work. I live in a small two bedroom flat in Battersea where space is limited and Peter worked with me on new designs which helped to maximise my space and completely refresh my home. My kitchen is open-plan and is my main living space. Before it felt cramped and outdated but I now love my kitchen. Peter was patient and listened carefully to what it was I wanted. I went for a new Howdens kitchen as per Peters recommendation. He helped source the exact counter and cupboards I was after as well as being patient when I sent him endless ideas off Pinterest. I converted my bathroom from a dank looking wet room into a relaxing spa-style bathroom with a new shower-bath. The room is small and space was an issue but Peter managed to make it all fit together perfectly as well as helping source the bathroom furniture and the tiles exactly as I wanted them coupled with some of the neatest grouting I have ever seen. Throughout the job Peter was approachable and communicative. I moved off-site while the job was being completed but Peter updated me daily. I live in an old building, so there were a couple of small obstacles when it came to installation but Peter always remained clam and only ever came to me with potential solutions, not problems. Peter was always transparent about pricing and often had suggestions on where I could save money meaning I could budget for the project effectively. He kept to the deadline and constantly kept me in the loop. He did a great clean-up and kept all of my furniture belongings safe during the job and put everything back when it was finished. There were a few snags upon completion, which is always to be expected on a job of this scale, but Peter got everything sorted straight away. Im so happy with my new kitchen and bathroom and Peter turned the experience from an anxiety inducing pipe dream into reality in a matter of weeks. Ive worked with a lot of builders and project managers in the past and Palm Property rank very high on my list. Highly recommend.
