Phoned Mark, he sounded very disinterested in the work I needed doing, said he would phone me back, never even bothered to ask my name and never phoned me back either If his carpet cleaning is as good as his customer service there I wouldnt even bother ringing him Useless

This is the second time that Mark has come to keep my kitchen floor sparkling. The floor is yellow rubber in a west facing kitchen with glass doors opening on to the garden. The yellow floor reflects the light and lifts your heart as soon as you open the door. This does mean though that it needs to be kept in good shape, with a regular clean and republish. Mark gave me lots of good advice, such as what to substance to use to clean the floor and where to get it. I had been using cleaner from a well known flooring store in the area, but it was not the right stuff! He managed to work around the furniture in my kitchen, which has a few objects that can't be moved although ideally he needs a clear floor space. Most of all, he's as enthusiastic as I am about rubber, and even cleaned by hand the floor in my small washroom. I hadn't asked him to do it because it's not large enough to get his machines in but he noticed that that floor is rubber, and offered to do that as well. The floor looks like new and I look forward to the next maintenance visit.

Fantastic, professional, local service at a genuinely reasonable price. Mark was very helpful and flexible, happy to pick up keys from my letting agent and drop them back off again. He also had to carry all the kit up 2 flights of stairs as we have no lift, but this was no problem. I am not based in London, so have not seen the clean carpets with my own eyes, but my brother in law, who lives in our flat, assures me they are like new. Thank you Mark!
