Terrible service - items didn't turn up and then they tried to subsequently charge us for them as clearly we needed them and had nowhere else to go. All of this on top of the fact they got the drawings wrong which meant a re-model was needed which cost a lot of money (which they originally said they would cover and then backtracked). Would avoid this branch at all costs.

Awful service, they suddenly stopped responding to me while being quite advanced in the process of buying a kitchen. I later found out from a random phone call that my main contact had been off sick (which is perfectly fine). But as they returned, they didnt bother picking up where theyd left off. They simply decided to ignore all of my emails and felt totally unnecessary to apologise or explain to me what was going on. They finally came back to me after I submitted a complaint, saying they thought I wanted to work with another supplier so they didnt feel the need to respond. This is obviously non-sense and complete negligence. Maybe my project was not big enough? Probably for the best, as I realised early how poor this service was before incurring any cost.
