Of course, it could have been by accident, but I was given a lot of 5p's, 2p's and 1p's unnecessarily in my change, and when I got back to the pump I noticed I was short by 50p. Not the end of the world, and when I went back in and questioned it he gave me 50p back, without hesitating.
But I don't appreciate being robbed. The guy who stole from me is in work, and presumably earning some money, so stealing from customers is completely unacceptable.
I won't be returning to be ripped off by a cashier. You have lost my custom forever.

I arrived and pulled up at the air pump. I wasn't surprised to find that it only took coins. So I entered the shop and approached the young lad behind the counter. I explained I need a one pound coin for the air machine. And was willing to buy something to get the one pound coin in return.
I was told "No"
I asked what he meant by "No" He explained that the machine took a one pound coin, I said I knew that and that was why I was in here. He again said "No"
I once again explained I needed air for my flat motorcycle tire, and I only had my cards, No coins, and so could I purchase something to get a one pound coin for the machine. "NO"
Puzzled I stood there for a minute with a very queer look on my face. And a slight angle leant to the left side of my shoulder.....
I gave the young lad my problem once again "I need air, for my flat motorcycle tire. I have credit and debits cards, How can I get the one pound coin to blow up my tire"?
"No"
I chose a few select words, Turned and left. Dangerously slow drove to the next garage. BP again, But this time The machine accepted debit and credit card payments. So I filled my tire with precious beautiful air. The tire was at 29PSI and I blew it up to the Correct pressure of 42PSi.
I left the South Woodham Ferrers BP a very happy customer. I wont say any more about the BP Garage at Latchingdon. Its a waste of air.
