We initially chose Mark because of the many recommendations on 2 separate Facebook pages where I asked about a local carpet cleaner. We have 3 dogs, and a couple of fresher and older accident smells in our living room that we were struggling to remove the smell of, despite having purchased a pet carpet cleaner! Mark quoted us a fair price and guaranteed to get rid of the smell, and advised it may take 2 cleans (and if so he wouldnt charge us any more). It took 2 attempts to completely get rid of the smell (he nearly got it all up on the first go despite his thorough work), but it was completely gone by round 2! Mark was very thorough, and is *very* dedicated and passionate about his work and his customers, which is really lovely! He is really polite and personable too. Were so chuffed with the results and cant thank Mark enough - we will definitely get him back in the future if we have any more mishaps, and for a freshen up of our carpets in other rooms too - they look brand new and smell even better when hes done with them :) .
