        Called on five separate occasions and they have never answered the phone!! Considering the medication shortage at the moment, it's extremely inconvenient for them to not be on hand at all to deal with customer queries.

        Store should be open at 9am, thats shown on the website. I knocked at 9:15, staff is ignoring my presence. I supposed to collect staff for Christmas Ive ordered online. Now I have to go to work. Thank you Boots

        Once again notice on door informing customers that they are unable to open as pharmacist is late. This is at 11am, no idea when he is likely to arrive. Have no meds for my diabetes and unable to collect new prescription. This is not the first time this has happened, I will be changing to another chemist from now on.
