Ive had nothing but an amazing experience as this nursery in the short time my child has attended. Everyone from management to staff has made my daughter feel welcomed. They have helped her transition into the nursery perfectly. They have identified any support my daughter has needed and have truly made a difference to our lives, my only wish is that I would have found them sooner. Thank you!

Just an update for my previous review. The nursery changed in a negative manner over the past few months. Over the past few days I picked up my daughter consecutively with bruises or marks on her which no one informed me about. When I asked them where are the marks from and why nobody informed me, their answer was - " I don't know" so then my question is why are you there and why I am paying this "childcare" for? Management - not responsive, I have raised concerns and no one gets back to me meaning no action is being taken. For my receipts I need to wait for weeks and stress this at lest 3 or 4 times in a month. I have requested at least 4 times so far the contact of their area manager or someone externally where I can raise my concerns - their answer is: We will get back to you and of course no one gets back to me. Some of their staff have left and some of them with immediate effect so they have a lot of agency staff coming in ...not sure how responsible they are as my daughter comes dirty and bruised at home and nobody can explain how and when this happened. My daughter's key person left about 3 weeks ago, so far no one came to introduce and inform me who her new key person is.
